We accept that : A. For Large order, 50% deposit by T/T after you confirm the order, balance paid by T/T at sight before shipment; B. For small orders, 100% payment by T/T, Western Union, Paypal or Credit Card before delivery.

How can I get some samples promptly?
Please contact us and inform your courier (such as UPS, DHL, Fedex, TNT, EMS and etc.) to collect samples from our office. For samples if their value is less than USD 50.00, we will offer them free of charge. As a courtesy, your express fee and samples charge will be refunded from your 1st big order.

What is your after-sales policy?
1. The products is warranted for 6 months from the date of effective delivery（except for artificial damage） 2. This warranty is valid in the country where the sales documents were permitted.

Yes! We provide the free OEM & ODM service for all of our products. Customize packaging according to customer's requirements. Develop new products according to customer's requirements. Print your logo on the bag and box.
